| Continue winning with reproducibility, not win rate |
369-Oga
A skilled trader who started investing while working at a major automobile manufacturer and built his own theory. After years of testing, he arrived at two pillars: “lot sizing” and “technique construction.” His consulting, attended by hundreds, is reputed for teaching anyone a “reproducible way to win.”

From employee to investor—A chance encounter changed his life
| First, I’d like to ask about the start of 369-Oga’s investment life; you originally worked as an office worker, right? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |
| 369-Oga |
| Yes. I worked for a major automobile manufacturer for many years. I had been investing since that time. |
| What sparked your encounter with investing? |

| One day I picked up at a convenience store a magazine titled “Stock investing you can start with 100,000 yen.” I bought it on a whim, and that was the start of everything. |
| So you started with stock investing first. How did it go? |

| In the beginning it was all trial and error, sometimes making profits, sometimes losing. In total I ended up in the red. There was also a period when I traded binaries while experimenting with stocks. |
| What made you switch to FX from there? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |
| 369-Oga |
| I was attracted by the high leverage and efficient use of capital. Since then it has always been FX. |
If you want higher reproducibility, you must build your own method
| Was it only after starting FX that you could live solely by investing? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |
| 369-Oga |
| Yes. Ultimately I arrived at the realm of lot sizing and technique construction, and I truly believe this is everything. |
| Building your own methods isn’t common, is it? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |

| There are countless methods out there. GoGoJan has YouTube and other sources too. But in the end, most methods cannot be perfectly reproduced by yourself. |
| I see, because reproducibility matters, you must build your own method. |

Can you win with a dice? The essence of lot control
| So creating a method was the conclusion drawn from pursuing reproducibility. What does mastering lot sizing mean? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |
| 369-Oga |
| Many people who have traded for years and still don’t win focus on things like “method edge” or “win rate.” But we strongly emphasize in lectures that that is not the point. |
| Not the method's edge, not the win rate. Does that lead to lot sizing? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |
| 369-Oga |
| Yes, it is about lot sizing. Even if you tell this, some people still won't get it, so we did an experiment where we ignored the method, traded by rolling the dice, and only did lot sizing. |

| The rule is to sell when the number is odd and buy when it's even, and entries are made roughly every three hours completely at random. Believe it or not, even with random entries, adding lot sizing yields profits. |
| Quite surprising...!! Why is that possible? |
| GoGoJan Hayakawa |
| 369-Oga |
| It isn’t about a superior method; it’s about controlling capital allocation to create a structure that wins overall. |
| I see...! I hope this astonishing result helps everyone understand how important lot sizing is. Next time, we plan to interview more in-depth about lot sizing and method construction. |
