Progress on Ethereum 2.0 to be published weekly | Week 1: Development is Proceeding Smoothly

On January 31, the development progress of Ethereum 2.0 / Serenity was released on GitHub.

The marks the first release in a series of weekly releases through February 2019. Phase 0 in v0.1 is relatively feature complete and approaching stable. Subsequent changes will occur on dev branch and only merged into master during a release accompanied by a changelog.

Regarding Phase 0 version 0.1, it is relatively feature-rich and approaching stable, indicating smooth development progress.
