That Wikipedia starts accepting donations in Bitcoin Cash (BCH)! Partnership between the Wikimedia Foundation and BitPay realized

The Wikimedia Foundation, which operates Wikipedia, has announced that the American bitcoin payment company BitPay has partnered with them to accept donations in Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

In this announcement, the Wikimedia Foundation states that they have already begun accepting donations in Bitcoin (BTC).

Regarding the BCH acceptance, BitPay's Chief Commercial Officer, Sonny Singh, said that

“Accepting Bitcoin Cash is a natural step.”

And regarding Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash as well, Singh commented as follows.

Singh had predicted in November 2018 that Bitcoin would reach between $15,000 and $20,000 by the end of 2019.

When it comes to Bitcoin-related service announcements, Fidelity, which ranks second in asset management, was reported to begin its Bitcoin custody service in March 2019, suggesting anticipation of a price rise for Bitcoin.
